Serving as your personal chef extends far beyond preparing exceptional meals. I have spent many years mastering and refining my craft. As a well seasoned Chef I am expected to bring the discipline and the standards of a professional kitchen into your private setting. This requires years of training, hands on experience and a strong understanding of the execution of various cooking techniques—knife skills, roasting, sautéing, baking, braising, seasoning time management, and sauce preparation—paired with the ability to execute dishes across a range of global cuisines, and paired wines when necessary or required. Beyond technique, attention to flavor balance, texture, and presentation is also essential. Clients place a great deal of trust in me as their personal chef to deliver food that reflects the same level of quality and care they would expect from a well respected restaurant, often with the added benefit of personalization and consistency. Precision, creativity, artistry, and a deep respect for ingredients that guide every plate with a touch of intimacy that is prepared.
